FINTRAC oversees the compliance of “reporting entities” with their requirements under the Canadian Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA),is regulated by the Revenue Québec for Money Services Business, and is registered in the “Office of the Protection du Consommateur” (OPC), for financial protection for consumers  for money lender activities and “high-cost credit contract”. The trade names “AZ Banca Privada, AZ Bank & Trust, Denia Merchant Bank, Denia Privat Bank, deniamerchantbank.com, deniaprivatbank.com, direct aval, directaval.com, key bank, world opportunities fund, worldopportunitiesfund.com, your money in good hands, yourmoneyingoodhands.com”, are registered in FINTRAC, for MSB activities. Word Opportunities Fund Inc is subsidiary of the financial Group World Opportunities Fund Inc (USA).
